 Embroidered Teddy Bear in BlackThese teddy bears with their embroidered artwork are the pride and joy of Heartworks, and they're made in-house with love by Sibongile, Dorcas and the rest of the embroidery ladies here at our studio in Woodstock, Cape Town.
Each teddy consists of 26 individual panels that are embroidered before being sewn together. The embroidery for each bear is done by several of our sewing ladies (so there's a lot of love that's gone into each bear). The bear is sewn together by one person though.
Each little bear is a work of art, and they're very huggable! Our little teddies have EU-safe stuffing and there's no parts that can fall off (except maybe an arm or a leg, but that would take a LOT of hugging!).
The bears are decorated either with an African village scene, jungle animal scene, or flowers and butterflies. Our beautiful bears are also made in off-white.
Medium: approx. 45 cms from the top of his head to the tip of his toes
Small: approx. 27 cms from the top of his head to the tip of his toes
